Hi! My name is Marta Blanco. I am a secondary school teacher from Spain. I have been teaching English for 20 years to students of all ages, from 11 to 18 years old. My interest in foreign languages came from literature, and I still keep the urge of learning new languages, in order to read books in their original version. I am learning German now.

As well as literature, I love travelling and expanding my mind, and our students´ minds, by making them open to other cultures and languages, and thus making them appreciate the goodness in diversity. I get a lot of my knowledge from them too, so I try to engage with one of my groups in a different project every year, to live through new adventures, and continue learning. I hope this will make me a better teacher!
